The Orange-Madison 4-H asked MediaOrange to develop a database to track campers, staff, classes, schedules, and room assignments. The application needed to be constructed so staff in both the Orange and Madison office could enter data.

MediaOrange developed a Windows SharePoint Services site to manage the camp. It was used successfully in the Summer 2009 camp and staff members were extremely pleased at how easy it was to use and how much time it saved. Reports which would take countless hours to compile by hand were now completed in a single click. The database also streamlined the class schedule and room assignment process.
